I assembled a wonderful team for a week-long workshop of a never-before-seen play by Isaiah Stavchansky and directed by Michael Herwitz, both of whom I met at Williamstown Theatre Festival in 2019.
Zebulun centers on student-inmates striving to pass their literature course despite obstacles within and outside of prison. This reading was made possible by a grant from the City Artist Corps.
